Every Stelumar Communities project is built around modules or panels we manufacture in our Ontario facilities, and because the buildings are designed for factory production, we lead the building design. Around that core, the rest of the scope is flexible. Some clients engage us from feasibility through handover. Others bring us in for construction management, or for development support on a project already in motion. The conversation starts with the building and scopes outward from there.

You're not handed off between sales, design, factory, and site teams, one person owns your project end to end, and your team has one number to call.
For projects of sufficient scale outside the province, we will evaluate on a case-by-case basis. If you have a project that might fit, we'd like to hear about it. Our cabinetry business serves production homebuilders beyond Ontario, that's a separate operation.
