Plans Received
Most production builds start with our in-house cabinetry design team working from your architectural plans.
We also accept completed cabinet drawings in standard formats. Either way, our engineering team confirms a delivery window within two business days, and you receive a formal acknowledgement before production is scheduled.
PROGRAMMED
Drawings are translated into machine-ready code by our production engineering team.
Material takeoff is generated. This is your opportunity to review and make any final changes before costs are locked in. CAD/CAM data flows directly to the production line. No manual re-entry, no interpretation errors.
MACHINED
Automated CNC cutting, edge-banding and component preparation takes place.
Production of your cabinets begins on our automated production line. CNC cutting, edge‑banding, and component preparation are precisely executed. Tolerances are achieved by machine, not by hand. Components are batched by job and by lot for consistency and quality control.
ASSEMBLED
Cabinets are built on dedicated assembly cells.
Soft-close hinges and full-extension soft-close drawers are installed as standard. Hardware is installed to the builder spec. Each unit is tagged with its job, lot, and unit number for traceability.
INSPECTED
Every unit is inspected against the original drawing before leaving the factory.
Defects are repaired or rebuilt, and they do not ship. A signed inspection record is filed against the job.
Delivered and Installed
Units are loaded and delivered to match your construction sequence lot by lot, phase by phase.
Installation is booked within one to two business days of confirmed delivery. Every kitchen is jointly inspected on site by a builder supervisor and a Stelumar supervisor before sign-off.

Delivery schedules are maintained and coordinated against your construction plan.
Surfaces are protected on arrival, deliveries are organized by room, and every item is scanned into the home with any damage reported in real time. Service parts are consolidated with installation deliveries at no additional cost.
Installation
Installations are booked within one to two business days of confirmed delivery.
Contractor teams are assigned by phase and project so the same crew sees the job through. Every kitchen is jointly inspected on site by a builder finishing supervisor and a Stelumar supervisor before sign-off. Any service items identified at inspection are ordered on the spot, and no follow-up appointment required.

19mm box construction, PUR-glued edging, and soft-close hardware come standard on every unit. When a warranty issue does arise, our team knows the Tarion framework inside and out. We track obligations, respond within required windows, and document every resolution through our ERP, keeping your warranty record clean and your homeowner relationships stronger, long after closing.

Once your order is acknowledged, our scheduling team confirms a precise delivery window. Your account lead will also walk you through typical timelines for your volume so you know exactly what to expect.
We batch orders the way homebuilders build homes, lot by lot, phase by phase. Submit a single lot, a phase, or your full pipeline, and we produce and deliver to match your construction sequence.
PRODUCT & SPEC
Most production builders start with our in-house cabinetry design team, who work from your architectural plans and develop layouts using our catalogue. It’s the fastest and lowest-cost path in most cases. You can also come in with your own layout and work from our catalogue, or commission a custom configuration where your project requires it.
