Trade shortages, weather delays, and inconsistent quality have made conventional residential construction increasingly unpredictable for builders and developers who can't afford surprises.
Stelumar was founded by Peter Gilgan to change that.
Over decades building Canada's largest homebuilder, he developed a clear view: residential construction needs to innovate and industrialize. Stelumar is the company built to do that work, a manufacturing technology company applied to residential construction, bringing the precision, consistency, and cost trajectory of a factory to a sector that has relied on handcraft for too long. We invest continuously in the technology that runs our factories, because at this scale the production system itself is what determines quality, cost, and throughput.
